Damian Menzies
CEO

CEO and Director of Choice, Damian has over 25 years’ experience in organisational change management and career services. Damian’s focus is on building strong relationships, uncovering and understanding organisations’ needs, and developing and delivering solutions with maximum effect. He has worked planning and implementing major change programs with senior management, as well as providing career and change management advice to many senior executives.

Damian is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds an Executive MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Business (AGSM). Damian is also Chairman of the CNI Board and a Director of OI Global Partners network, as well as the host of Disruption Circle.

Christine James
Associate Client Director

Christine holds diverse experience across a variety of sectors – from Education to Retail, Manufacturing, Local Government and NFP’s and IT – in disciplines ranging from business strategy, operations, sales and HR management.

Christine’s strengths lie in her ability to connect with the unique needs or an organisation, no matter industry or size. She is known to be resourceful, creative, highly empathic, and able to use her extensive experience to develop targeted programs to support her clients’ business imperatives.

Vicky Osborne
National Operations Manager

Vicky is a senior consultant with significant experience in project management, change management, and career development and transition. Across her career she has worked with major clients including Telstra, Commonwealth Bank, NAB, Energy Australia, Qantas, Tabcorp, and BHP.

Vicky has extensive experience in major change management programs, has developed and rolled out national training programs, provided advice and assistance to career path planning, and has managed the recruitment process for major recruitment initiatives.

Her high energy and can-do attitude allow her to successfully build rapport, inspire change within a diverse client base, and expertly match candidates to their perfect consultant.

Kate Hubble
Associate Director Client Relations

Kate is a highly motivated individual with over 8 years’ experience in fundraising, relationship, and project management in the not-for-profit sector. She has extensive experience project managing a wide range of events, from on the day management to top line strategy and process improvement.

Kate’s strength lies in understanding the needs of the client and building tailored partnerships, accordingly, maximising growth and ensuring retention through exceptional relationship management skills.
